Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit oddkeel.com.
What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies for visitors. Only logged-in members get one session cookie (see below).
- It uses no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising networks.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers.
Server log files
When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 7 days unless needed to investigate an attack. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider (Art. 28 GDPR).
Member accounts
If you register, we store your name, email address, optional Telegram username, a securely hashed password, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, the date of registration and your last login. We use this data to review your request, to run your account and to contact you about it (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Logging in sets one technically necessary session cookie, which is deleted when you close your browser. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete this data unless statutory retention periods apply.
Telegram
Our waitlist runs on Telegram, a service of Telegram Messenger Inc. When you follow a link to Telegram you leave this website; Telegram's own privacy policy then applies. Telegram may process data outside the EU. Joining is voluntary and you can leave at any time.
Contact by email
If you email us, we process your message and address to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed, subject to statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence.
